Solutions |
Sanofi Aventis selected FancyFon’s mobile device management solution, FAMOC, enabling centrally managed configuration of telecommunications services (such as email, VoIP, SIP, WiFi), and customized personal settings on any number of mobile phones, in real time. |
Benefits |
FAMOC has empowered the Sanofi Aventis IT team to take full control of the configuration of mobile services (such as email, calendar, and address book synchronization), and no longer requires interaction from the workforce, so that employees can now benefit from the mobile Internet and improve their productivity. Integrated with FAMOC, SA-24 radically improved Sanofi Aventis’ internal communications, enabling the convenient and rapid distribution of information, directly to end users’ handsets. Software installation, configuration and updates are now carried out centrally, and any errors or problems that occur on a device can be addressed remotely by an administrator using the FAMOC Remote Access console. |
