Data Backup

With FAMOC OnMobile, operators and service providers can protect end users from the inconvenience caused by losing or upgrading a mobile device, and secure the data on the device against hardware failures. The solution provides an intuitive interface for self-service backup sessions, enabling users to seamlessly backup and restore contact details, SMS messages, photos, music, videos, files or calendar entries, effortlessly, securely and directly from their mobile phone. FAMOC OnMobile supports cross-platform data migration and ensures that end users will never suffer the negative consequences of losing or upgrading a phone.

 

One-click service activation

FAMOC OnMobile provides a simple tool for the remote management of telecom services via a mobile device. The solution presents a list of active/inactive and the top 10 desired services (such as toll-free numbers, SMS/MMS packets etc.) that are accessible for ordering and automatic provisioning.


Third party software installation

FAMOC OnMobile enables operators to offer end users a direct connection with a variety of third party applications. With FAMOC OnMobile, download of third party software is a simple process. In only a few steps end user will have all the selected applications installed on the device and ready to go.

 

Expense and billing information

FAMOC OnMobile enables users to gain visibility and control over their telecommunications expenses, and provides accurate and transparent reports on telecom spending. FAMOC OnMobile delivers best practice solutions for billing information reporting by gathering data from both the operator and the handset, to provide a real time view of the current account status (prepaid/postpaid), statistics on call/SMS/MMS count or data transfer, and alerts on the excess of funds.

 

Over-the-air HelpDesk

FAMOC OnMobile empowers users to send a help request directly from their mobile phone and schedule a remote support session, to troubleshoot and fix handset problems with FAMOC's over-the-air HelpDesk solution. Users can report device or service failures via an SMS (with or without an error description), via Remote Access application (requesting a session at a convenient time) or by connecting directly with the call center. FAMOC OnMobile provides an IVR visualization functionality to help users navigate over operator’s call center menu. By selecting a specific option user is able to call directly in the  chosen menu point.
