Challenge: ESP needed to maintain communications with its remote hydro power stations; however there was no onsite administration and network connectivity was unstable. ESP needed to securely backup data from the remote sites, and reduce the high maintenance costs of physically visiting the sites for regular servicing work to be carried out.

Solution: ESP purchased the following FancyFon products: FAMOC for the Enterprise, MAMUT Monitor and MAMUT Config
