Meet FAMOC 3.31.2
FAMOC 3.31.2 is here! Check out new features and enhancements that we've made in this new release.
New features for Android
New FAMOC brings a lot of new features for Android users. Here are some of the most crucial ones:
1/ New bulk enrollment method for Android zero-touch
Spend less time enrolling your devices with our handy bulk enrollment wizard. Our latest feature helps you automatically enroll new devices to FAMOC using Android zero-touch.
2/ Possibility to define additional message on lock screen of the Samsung devices
This function can be applied in many situations - for instance when a device gets lost, an administrator can show any information on lock screen (such as an address to which the device should be returned).
3/ Force Google Play Protect in security policy
Google Play Protect helps you to protect a device from a malicious software. New version of FAMOC allows you to easily force use of Google Play Protect on all of your company devices with Android. You have to just check this option in a security policy.
More support for Apple
We didn't enhance just Android support, but Apple as well! FAMOC 3.31.2 brings a lot of new features for Apple users - both for iOS and macOS.
We're expanding iOS containerization - now you can force some new restrictions in security policy:
do not allow:
- to share managed documents using AirDrop
- to share data from unmanaged apps
- to share data from managed apps
- unmanaged apps reading from managed contacts accounts
You can also delay user visibility of software updates and software update by given number of days.
We have some new restrictions in security policy for macOS as well! Now you can:
- Photo Library
- Address Book
disable synchronization to iCloud:
- passwords sharing with Airdrop Passwords feature
- Apple Music service
- macOS auto unlock
- macOS cloud desktop and document services
- content caching
